Built inside a working studio, not a boardroom

Qorp is made by Velo Noir Studio (VNS), a creative agency — we built the workspace we needed to stop running the agency out of ten browser tabs, and opened it up for other studios to use.

We built it because we were the customer

Velo Noir Studio runs pipeline, invoicing, brand strategy, and content out of the same workspace Qorp customers use today — it wasn't built as a product first and retrofitted onto the agency after. It was the agency's own operating system, built because switching between a CRM, a spreadsheet, an invoicing tool, and a separate AI chat window was costing more time than it saved.

Once the AI Director could actually answer questions from live pipeline and revenue data instead of a stale export, it stopped feeling like internal tooling and started feeling like something other studios running the same kind of chaos would want. That's the whole story — no pivot, no enterprise sales motion, just an agency that needed a better tool and built one.
