Qorp's REST API powers the workspace itself — every module you use is a client of it. Here's how the API, webhooks, and inbound integrations fit together.
The API sits behind the same session used by the app — there's no separate API key today. Every workspace request carries your signed-in session cookie, and the backend scopes every row it touches to your account.
What is open for integration: outbound webhooks, so your own tools can react to events in your pipeline without polling, and a couple of inbound endpoints (email replies, Instagram DMs) that other services call into.
Signed-in users can browse the full interactive schema (every route, request/response shape) at /api/v1/docs from inside the workspace.
Add a webhook URL under Settings → Integrations and choose which events to receive (or leave it open to get everything). Qorp POSTs a signed JSON payload the moment the event happens — no polling.
POST <your-url>
Content-Type: application/json
X-Qorp-Event: lead_hot
X-Qorp-Signature: sha256=<hmac>
{"event": "lead_hot", "data": {"subject": "...", "body": "..."}}Verify authenticity by recomputing the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw request body using the webhook's secret (shown once, at creation) and comparing it to X-Qorp-Signature.

Lead scoring & instant routing — every lead is scored 0-100 from deal value, source quality, and engagement the moment it's created. Hot leads (70+) are auto-routed to Qualified, escalated instantly, and get an AI-drafted first-touch email sent on your behalf.
Outreach automation — a daily agent drafts and sends opening emails to new prospects. Instagram DMs are answered automatically too — Meta only allows messaging people who've messaged your business account first, so this covers reply automation rather than cold outreach.
